We know that sometimes monthly subscriptions can be a bit much - before you know it another month is here and you haven't had chance to open the last box yet! By having an 'alternate month' plan our craft boxes are more affordable and perfectly timed for key occasions.

When you sign up to our plan you'll be charged your first subscription payment of £9.99 + P&P (£13.99 total). This will then become a recurring payment every 2 months thereafter. For example, if you sign up on 10th January, your next payment will be 10th March.

When you sign up, you'll receive the next box in our schedule. You'll usually receive your box within 1 week of signing up, and your next box 2 months later.

To ensure that we can deliver boxes in line with seasonal events, we have a subscription window and cut-off date for new subscribers.

Before you sign up, make sure you check our cut-off dates (below) so that you don't miss our next seasonal box!

To ensure that you receive the upcoming seasonal box, please ensure you order or subscribe as early as possible to avoid disappointment and take note of our subscription windows (below).

You'll receive your first box within a week of subscribing or ordering. Your next box will be delivered around 2 months after this, in time for the next seasonal event.

The below subscription windows are a guideline . We may close subscriptions and purchases early if the seasonal box sells out.

For one-off purchases and your first box when you subscribe, your box will be delivered straight away (within 1 week).

For subscribers, after your first box, you future boxes will be dispatched and delivered to your door every 2 months, in time for the next seasonal event. Our boxes are letterbox size, so you don't need to be in when your box is delivered but we'll let you know when it's on it's way.

Where our boxes are themed around a key occasion (such as Easter) we'll make sure that you have your box before the event.

December - Delivered before 5th December

Inside our boxes you'll find at least 6 colour-in activities themed around the season or occasion. Examples include Halloween bunting, Christmas decorations, Easter bunny ears and colour-in greetings cards.

To keep things easy you'll need minimal supplies (such as scissors, cellotape and colouring pens/pencils) and you'll receive a 'bits & bobs' bag in your craft kit with any decorative supplies, such as ribbon.

We'd hate to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time in the 'my account' section of the website. You can contact us on hello@crafthappybox.com if you need any help.

You'll still receive any boxes you've paid for in the billing cycle.

If you need to change the delivery address for your Craft Happy Box, please email hello@crafthappybox.com and we'll update this for you.

Yes, for some of our boxes we will also make available one-off purchases. This is usually made available closer to the event / seasonal date and depends on stock availability.

You will be able to see if one-off purchases are available on our website.

To ensure that you will always be guaranteed a box, you would need to subscribe within our sign-up window.

For one-off purchases, your box will be delivered within 1 week.
