Subscription & Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Happy Crafting Pricing Plan
For our Happy Crafting pricing plan, the subscription duration is ‘until cancelled’ and the subscription frequency is every 2 months.
When you sign up to our plan you'll be charged your first subscription payment. This will then become a recurring payment every 2 months thereafter.

When you sign up, you'll receive the next box in our schedule. Therefore, you might have a little wait until your first box depending on where we are in our Craft Happy Box schedule.
Before you sign up, make sure you check our cut-off dates in our FAQs so that you know when your first box will be delivered!

Cancellations
We'd hate to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time in the 'my account' section of the website. You can contact us on hello@crafthappybox.com if you need any help.
You'll still receive any boxes you've paid for in the billing cycle.
